Program Description: This is a comprehensive 2 week program that will enable members to be job ready placing them as an employee of preference. This program offers an extensive portfolio of practical hands-on experience and covers the following objectives;
- Assemble and install different types of frames
- Assemble and install different types of doors
- Assemble and install different types of locks
- Assemble and install different types of closures
- Assemble and install miscellaneous types of accessories (kick plates, flush bolts, hinges etc.)
Program Duration: 2 Week(s)
Program Pre-Requisites: Members applying for this program must have the following pre-requisites;
- WHMIS
- Must be on EI, eligible for EI, or have received EI in last 3 years
- If not eligible under EI a member can pay their own tuition, or the program may be funded by the Training Trust Fund
